THE REASONS FOR THE REJECTION OF THE SHORT-TERM RESIDENCE PERMIT
+ The Article 32 – actually refers to Article 15 – that needs to be examined more closely.

ARTICLE 32 –
The following conditions are required for the issuance of short-term residence permits:
– To make a request by asserting one or more of the grounds listed in the first paragraph of article 31 and to submit the information and documents related to this request.
– Not to fall within the scope of article 7.
– To have housing conditions in accordance with general health and safety standards.
– To submit a document showing criminal record record issued by the competent authorities of the country of which he is a citizen or where he legally resides, if requested.
– To provide the information of the address where he will stay in Turkey.

ARTICLE 15 –
Visas are not granted to the foreigners mentioned below:
– Those who do not have a passport or passport replacement document that lasts at least sixty days longer than the visa period they requested.
– Those whose entry to Turkey is prohibited.
– Those deemed objectionable from the point of view of public order or public security.
– Those who carry one of the diseases that are considered a threat to public health.
– In accordance with the agreements to which the Republic of Turkey is a party, those who are accused of crimes or crimes that are the basis for the return of criminals or those who are found guilty.
– Those who do not have valid health insurance covering the period of stay.
